I am a 19-year-old girl. I have chest pain around the nipples when touched, my breasts are small. It took two days to continue these pains. Could they be caused by the bra? . If anyone has experienced such pain, they can share their opinion. Thanks in advance!

If your bra is tight - yes, they are from it.
