Hello. I have not attended such a procedure and I can not say if it works and how long it lasts, but I will still try to help you by sharing some of my experience with cellulite. My mother and maternal grandmother were never full women, on the contrary. Well-built ladies, with fine, beautiful bodies. And yet all my life they were strong, not to mention sad and ugly cellulite in the buttocks and legs. I'm talking about serious cellulite, which can be seen even when you put on pants, what's left for a wedge. Until about a year ago, I was the same (and I gained 20 kg of overweight over the years due to a health problem, which eloquently provided another million and one opportunities for cellulite to look much worse). I couldn't go on like this anymore and decided to start fresh, no matter how much time and effort the change would cost me. I almost completely stopped the salt in salads and soups, and the use of greasy, fried, sweet (including even fruit), pasta and confectionery, sodas, foods in noisy bags, junk food, I ended it all on the spot. (Now it's not like that, I eat everything in small amounts, strictly monitoring how much I take, but then I needed a strong start and I had to be uncompromising). I started buying quality dairy products (high fat) and low fat meats; I gave way to large, varied salads of seasonal vegetables, in which I put olives, slightly boiled corn kernels, pickled mushrooms, skimmed (and desalted) cottage cheese and everything else that is useful and tasty, but does not add inches to the waist. I combined this with increased pedaling of the ergometer (about an hour every day or two), in addition to the standard performance, every 5-6 minutes I stood up and turned the pedals again (it's much harder, I admit) to train my ass as well. At the same time, after training I rubbed the problem areas where I had cellulite with a rough brush or towel, applying anti-cellulite cream more out of habit and to hydrate the skin (I've tried different brands over the years, from cheap to insanely expensive; it's sad, but and somehow liberating to realize that nothing works if you don't sweat a lot and change your diet). The result in the first month was ... stunning. And on the second, there was no sign of cellulite, as if my grandmother's nasty gene and years of beach deprivation, short dresses, etc. had never existed. I can't believe how all the cellulite disappeared, and the situation was deplorable in the end (more than once my friends and relatives hinted to me, and subsequently argued that action should be taken on the issue of weight and the way I look). I am currently 48 pounds, I have the greatest ass and legs in the world (probably not true, but I am happy because they are tight and toned), no cellulite, no fat deposits, there is only health, happiness and a trembling expectation to Buy the coolest swimsuit, wide-brimmed hat, and beautify the beaches all summer long! In short ... I believe that no procedure can give you what the will, good food and sports can do. The best part is that the results are lasting and become more visible over time. And they cost almost nothing, because you can do exercises at home with your own weight. I think you could easily repeat my success (and much faster in terms of the final look, because you are not overweight, what I was burdened with) in terms of cellulite, if you seriously reduce your salt intake and decide to eat 95% pure (no sugar, pasta, fried, heavy dishes, donuts, etc.) in the next few weeks . As a supplement - often 20-30 minutes of exercises to load the legs and buttocks (with them you will inadvertently get a gorgeous tight belly). It is impossible not to have a result in this situation! I believe that you will pass without procedures. Success! :) It is impossible not to have a result in this situation!
