The Story

The case: I own a property in ideal parts in the center of one of the big cities. Even with the old owner the parts are divided by mutual understanding between them, as I bought this part under the same conditions mentioned in a notary deed. My part is the only one facing the street, a separate detached house and a wide yard. From the very beginning, when I bought the property, I made it clear that my idea was not to build, but to repair, expand and add it in front of a small room connected to the house for a studio. Now, however, there are incredible intrigues and pressure for construction, which even after I checked the conditions, is purely pushing from everywhere. I want him to file a lawsuit for real boundaries and to separate from the common plot. However, I need my part to be an independent plot of land and they told me that it must be at least 200 square meters to be registered as such. Is that true In general, I have no quick work with this property, I don't even live there, we went to this house before the summer. Now, in addition to these things, I could not expand as we had agreed, now they do not want to sign that I was "pressed" by accident, I heard it by accident. The truth is that I can keep it that way, they will be pressed for sure, because THEY have no other choice. from YES. My question is whether I should buy another 50 square meters from someone. m to add to mine and be registered as an independent plot? If he leaves them 1-2 years "hanging", either of the two families will just ask to sell to me. Either way, I will not sell or agree to construction.
