Cardio Problem

The Story

Hi, I'm 16 years old, girl. 1 year ago I lost 30 kg of my weight, now I am on average 65-66 kg. // 1. 62 tall (stocky body) How I took them off, easily. I stopped eating donuts, pizzas, fried crap and soda, with 5-10 minutes of exercise a day and they fell off on their own within 6-7 months. Recently, however .. I don't know why, I really want to tighten those relaxed muscles and remove the rest of the fat .. so .. I started training at home, mainly squats, in order to strengthen my legs so I can start to I run (my legs can't stand running) I do some other series exercises here and there and so on to get used to "my new way of life". Today, I'm just now coming home from my 1st attempt at outdoor cardio. I almost died. I ran a sprint 250 meters, before that I had a brisk walk of at least 1 km. Oh my goodness! I had never felt such pain around my heart, let alone commented on my breathing. One thing on hand is that I can't find a running bra because I have big breasts and everything is shaking ... And those 250 meters would just take my life. 5 minutes later I was walking fast enough not to stop suddenly, with deep breathing, sweat, very little. So ... I tried to go to the gym and there on the treadmill I do great, when it comes to fast walking, I last up to 30 minutes or more. The instructor told me that as you walk, you burn fat faster. There is logic .. but running was supposed to be good for the heart .. Anyway .. Just please give me advice .. Something intense besides running to burn fat .. that I can't find a running bra because I have big breasts and everything is shaking ...
