Car Repainting

   You find a traffic police phone on the Internet and ask. Or do you not have time to search, but you have to write?

   Your friend is obviously lazy. Here's how it works: You go to the traffic police and explain to them what you're going to do. They will charge you some token amount, then they will send you, through a technician, to play frame and motorcycle numbers. My advice is to repaint the car after the traffic police visit, but before taking it to a technician. So, if they stop to check, you will save yourself a lot of trouble. Equipment will give you documents, you will have to give them to the traffic police, along with your old ticket and after a fee and waiting, you will receive your new ticket. And the car must have passed an annual technical inspection and have a civil one.
