Can They Cause Me A Problem?

The Story

Hello! I worked for several months on an employment contract, I applied to leave and immediately terminate the contract, but my documents were delayed and I was not called to sign the documents. Just to emphasize that I am a full-time student and can leave without notice. It's just that they haven't called yet to terminate the contract and they're deliberately delaying me. Can they sue me or fire me for disciplinary reasons because my documents have not been fixed yet and I am going to work, and I really can't go anymore because I urgently needed money and started another more lucrative job?
