Can I File An Anonymous Report Against Them?

The Story
Hi, I will drive in essence. 3-4 small slimes of about 10-11 years, every Saturday and Sunday gather behind the block and shout for hours. Last Saturday they started at 3:30 pm and left after 8:00 pm. One that they were violating the quarantine, the second that they were shouting an awful lot. No one has to listen to them, much less me. I need peace and quiet.

I want to call the police, but I feel sorry for their parents. Because of the coronavirus, it is not known what cosmic fine they will hit on their parents, I think it was 5,000. One lives next to me, she is my neighbor and sometimes you take your friends. About a month ago, they didn't even knock on the glass between the terraces. I remarked to them, and instead of coming to their senses, they began to drool even more. I feel sorry for my parents, but I can't stand it, I don't have to. I don't have children, but I tolerate negatives from others, where else is it? There is an order that must be observed by all. I am convinced that it will not hurt them much if they keep their mouths shut or at least learn to communicate normally.
I was a child too, but I never, absolutely never allowed myself to behave like that.

Today the cup of patience overflows. I want to call the police and report it, but I don't know if it can be anonymous. This is also my question, so I am writing. I don't want to be occupied by police, to write, to look for me, to delay me, etc.
I have commitments, besides, I don't care about cracks in the beds and parents who don't raise their children. I don't want to talk to them either, I have reasons.
I just want to call 112, say the address, have the police come and from there on, let them put the liars in the way, without bothering me, can I?
