I started doing these exercises (sorry they are in English) 1. Calf raises 2. Calf raises-out 3. Calf raises-in 4. High Heel Plies 5. Plie calf raises, but what worries me is not to get the opposite effect, namely, to make my calves even bigger. The vlogger / fitness instructor, in whose video I watched them .. does not mention anything like that, on the contrary, but I'm really worried .. I will be really grateful if any of you help me! (Also, if anyone knows something I could do for thinner ankles ...?)

Abe woman, these exercises will make your calves even bigger. The only thing I can recommend is running, but not just on the calves, but faster and this type of abdominal presses, in which you lie on the ground with your hands under your ass and lift your legs up, gathered.
