Calves! Help!

Hello, I am writing here because of my various hesitations about exercises related to the calves and their results. I've always had a good physique, but up to the knee ... my calves are awful, quite plump .. I don't think it's hereditary because there are no people in my family with my problem anyway .... I started doing these exercises (sorry they are in English) 1. Calf raises 2. Calf raises-out 3. Calf raises-in 4. High Heel Plies 5. Plie calf raises, but what worries me is not to get the opposite effect, namely, to make my calves even bigger. The vlogger / fitness instructor, in whose video I watched them .. does not mention anything like that, on the contrary, but I'm really worried .. I will be really grateful if any of you help me! (Also, if anyone knows something I could do for thinner ankles ...?)
