   Well, I went to a dermatologist, he told me that there were 3 types of spots that come out, but he didn't explain why, I understood normally, but it doesn't look like that to me. Today I went to the doctor and he explained to me that these are fungi that live in everyone's body, but under favorable conditions for them they multiply and form these spots. Unfortunately, there is nothing to kill them, and these ointments that are written above just put them within their normal range. Whoever has them will live with them, unfortunately :(
