Hello. I am a 19 year old girl. Until recently, I slept normally, I can even say that I fell asleep. My problem appeared 1-2 months ago. I started waking up very early every day at 7 or so. Then I continued to sleep for an hour or so at best, but I couldn't sleep. I sleep for 5-6 hours most days and I worry if I sleep for so many hours at 19, what will happen as I get older. I don't overdo coffee / cars and I don't drink energy drinks. Also, nothing bothers me and I don't think about anything, I'm completely calm. What could be the reason?
