Hello! I'm 16 and I don't smoke (and I never do). Yesterday I had my first boxing match and I lost ... I'm not disappointed that I lost, but because I couldn't stand it and I was too tired. Would it be good to run 6 times a week and also do sprints? I want to get better. Thanks in advance!

6 days is too much. Run for 3 days, but not monotonously, but change the pace every 5 minutes - fast, slow, fast again, etc. Climb stairs or to the mountains on any of the other days.
