Here are some tips that have helped me in such times: 1. Learn a musical instrument (or develop your singing skills) and become part of a group. You don't have to be a top musician, you have to find like-minded people to progress with. There are forums for musicians where you can look for other beginners. 2. Sign up for dancing. 3. Enroll in a language course. 4. Do something sports, preferably outside - running in the park, maybe fitness, maybe yoga, zumba, etc. 5. Enroll in one of the recently popular drawing courses (I have no experience with this, I have not gone, I do not know if it's cool). 6. Depending on your interests - read literature on the subject, books, research, watch educational films (tutorials, experiences of others), etc. 7. Watch video tutorials on something difficult, such as math, physics, chemistry, biology, etc. Choose such lessons, that both the topics are difficult and interesting to you. Etc...

"I stay at home all day because I have no one to go out with, and instead of hanging out with friends, I sit at home." Do you hear what nonsense you are saying? You seem to have friends and no one to go out with. Something is wrong.
