My problem is that I've been biting my nails for several years. 2-3 years ago my nails grew in the summer and were really stunning. But I started biting them again and last summer my beautiful and long nails grew again, but the SAME thing happened again. I stopped biting my nails again this summer and they became beautiful again. Now I'm on the wave of biting my nails again and about 1 month ago I didn't care at all if I would have nails, but now I want to have beautiful and long nails again. I constantly look at beautiful nails of young girls aged 14-15 and up. A friend has nails that are longer than my mother 's, and she turned 14 in the summer. I know it's not nice to have such long nails at that age, but anyway ... So my mom keeps telling me to stop doing that, because when I grow up they'll make fun of me ... It's true, but I don't know how to stop this ... My mother has UNIQUE nails, I want to have them too, but it was obvious that she won't be able to ... One of my best friends was biting her nails from 1st grade and this summer stopped, THANK YOU. What lectures and I read on the phone and not only, and now she has some nails that are not who knows how long, but still have them and I know that in time they will become very beautiful. Her thumbs are UNIQUE .... Now we swapped roles with her and I almost reach her front nails, which were 2 - 3 - 4 cm long. I bite my nails out of worry, because I'm SUPER VERY worried, when they return tests or when I do a test, or something like that. At the beginning of the year, I almost fainted on the return of a test ... It's good that it was her to bring me back to Earth. That was the whole novel, and please help me and the editors approve it, because I really can't write another one. And I want to say that I apply a nail polish, which is disgusting, so I stopped with it ... It tastes awful, but it's like it causes me to bite my nails even more, despite the awful taste.

I've read that nail biting is a mental disorder caused by anger against a parent - you can't defend yourself because you're small and you're hurting yourself. Seek professional help, and you also need a very strong will, otherwise you will bite them while you are alive. Success!
