If you haven't done so before, apply plenty of castor oil to the area below to absorb as much space as possible. Besides, the thought that in a little while I will be a mother, in a little while I will be a mother! The thought should be about the baby, not the pain. And the pain is not much, it's just not specific. I've always been angry watching movies, how they shout and roar. All my births passed without screams, without cracks, without stitches. And, yes, the strains themselves are absolutely like walking in great need, the abdominal muscles are not strained, but the muscles responsible for pooping. That's why it's good not to eat solid food for the last few days, I drank something and to go to the toilet beforehand so that the colon was empty, I don't remember what anymore, but everything was easy!

I gave birth with a induced birth 4 months ago. The contractions are much stronger and more painful. I tried heavenly gas, well done for having it until the anesthesiologist came with the epidural. Breathing and warm compresses are nothing compared to the effect of epidural anesthesia. You just have to be completely healthy. There are no side effects if it is beaten properly and does not hurt while you are being beaten. Then tell us how it went. Good luck.
