Actor Bernard Jeffrey McCulloch, known by the pseudonym Bernie Mack, was a popular American comedian and master of the standup genre. Throughout his creative career, which began in the 80s, the man starred in box office shows and played dozens of roles in movies. He was nominated for Golden Globes, Emmys and other awards and eventually received the PRISM and Satellite Awards.

Bernie Mack's biography began on October 5, 1957, when he was born in a Chicago hospital to a typical African-American family. His father, Jeffrey Harrison, left his wife after the appearance of his son, and she entrusted the care of the baby to his grandparents.
