Belly Plates For A Girl!

Hello! I'm a girl of 17. I'm thin, even a little below normal, but it's a gene (I don't starve, I eat regularly) Despite my thin figure, I decided I needed to tighten up. I do leg and butt exercises. But I want to tighten my belly and form tiles. My question is, do you do abdominal presses? Maybe with other exercises. Thanks in advance! :)
