Once you've tried creams and cucumbers, I don't know what to advise. At your age, I had the same problem, but then I decided to change my lifestyle. I thought I was asleep and calm, but that turned out to be my delusion. I started going to bed earlier and getting up an hour early to have time to recover in the morning. I drank more water, moved more on foot and after a few months I was much calmer and my sleep was not disturbed by anything. So the bags disappeared. You say that you have bags when you fall asleep, but I have learned from experience that it is important that your sleep is calm and quality, and not just long.

I am too, my face is swollen at birth. When I haven't slept well, the situation is even worse. To deal with the problem at least a little, I wash my face with cold water, apply face cream and separate for the area under the eyes and massage with a jade roller, you can see what it is. Helps against puffiness. Otherwise, a spoon in the freezer to cool and then under the eyes-solves the problem to some extent.
