No, faeces have to float in water. When digestion is not good, faeces become like plasticine and sink into the water. I read somewhere that pineapple had the most food enzymes, try it. What's the color of your sinking l.A.? of?
You're the right person about digestion. I'm older than you, and I also had digestive problems many years ago. I don't live in the B. Years ago, I loved eating all kinds of nuts. Nuts are hard-to-digest foods. I loved eating peanuts, but about a year or two later I had scary pains in the right side of my stomach. Those terrible pains forced me to stop eating peanuts. But after two or three months, I was so drased on peanuts that I thought it hurt, it wouldn't hurt, I wouldn't eat, and I ate a whole handful of peanuts. But because peanuts contain a lot of fat, after I ate them, I wanted something sweet. I opened the fridge and saw I had a whole pineapple. I cut the pineapple and ate about a third of it. I waited for the pain to come again in a day or two, but it was 3, 4, 5 hours and no pain appeared. Then I realized that the enzyme bromelain (bromelain) is the best digestive enzyme. Since then, a few decades ago, until now I eat fresh pineapple every day and do not have any stomach pains. My lunch is usually different fruits with one slice of wholegrain bread and sour milk. But in the evenings, when I eat my main food, for dessert, I eat another third of a whole pineapple and I don't have any stomach pains. If you can find pineapple, but fresh-whole, not in jars, use it after heavier food for dessert and you will see that you will not have digestive problems. Moreover, pineapple is very nutritious in every respect. So take my friendly advice in good spirits and you'il see you have no reason to complain about stomach problems. I wish you all the best.
Thanks a lot for the answers.
Yes, indeed, I noticed that winter was very much a pineapple and even made a morning pineapple and kiwi smoothie and felt super good. Looks like the body knows what it needs.
