After graduating from school, Khalatov entered the Gorsk State Agrarian Institute at the Faculty of Economics, and received another education in Vladikavkaz, at the Fashion Institute.

Having two higher educations, Arthur did not work a day in the specialties he received. By that time, he finally realized that he was not interested in anything but music, so he decided to seriously engage in creativity.

The official date for the start of the artist's career was 2012, it was then that the man first recorded covers of famous Russian songs and took part in the competition. Khalatov was noticed, appreciated his creative potential and invited to perform in the Caucasus in the "Song of the Year" competition. After that, the whole country found out about him, later this gave the artist the opportunity to record songs in the studio and organize his own performances.

In 2018, Arthur recorded a new song "Super Hit", which met with rave reviews. And in November of the same year, the man gave a concert in his native Vladikavkaz.

Arthur met his future wife Alina Khamitseva when he was not yet a popular artist. They got married in 2009. And soon after that, the wife gave Khalatov two twin sons. When Georgy and Arsen grew up a little, Alina began to take them with her on touring trips with her husband. Sometimes the boys take the stage with their father, and they seem to enjoy being in the spotlight.
