Every year I started to make a plan with the goals that need to be achieved. It works! I used to do it too, but it didn't work then. Why? Goals should be specific - "I want to lose weight", "I will go to the gym", "I will find a new job" are NOT goals. "I want to lose 3 kg by June", "I will go to the gym 2 times a week", "I will start working as an accountant in a company ...". These are goals. It is IMPORTANT to note that you should have a maximum of 5-6 big goals in the year. If you write 10, believe me it won't work. After defining these few goals, the most important thing follows - determining the steps to follow. For example, if we want to lose weight, what are the steps: 1. to start eating fruits and vegetables 3 times a day; 2. to start going to the gym on Tuesday and Saturday; 3. every morning to run 3 km and so on. The steps are determined by you. You do this for absolutely all purposes. This way you will not get lost in the thoughts of what you should do once you start doing them. The next thing is to ACT. :) I can tell you that what I recorded this year, I fulfilled. For me, the goals were really important and thanks to this system I was motivated and I succeeded. The other thing I recommend is to keep a planner where you can plan every day of the week. I always gave up the first week, I forgot, I was bored, etc., but this year I wrote off all the days and I can tell you that it changes your life. You begin to think about what, when and how much you are doing and whether it brings you value. Good luck to all! You do this for absolutely all purposes. This way you will not get lost in the thoughts of what you should do once you start doing them.

As always, the truth is in the balance. My parents are like that - they live day by day, for a moment and they brought him to under the crooked pear. As for me, since I was a child, because I saw how gypsies from the ghetto self-destruct with this thinking, I decided to plan my things. Good, but things rarely happen as you planned, and if you get too caught up in those plans, you can literally go crazy. But you still have to plan at least more or less some direction, not like the gypsies day in and day out. Over time, I have found a balance that is different for everyone (we are still different) and I try to keep it, although I do not always succeed, but I am not obsessed with my plans, as I once was and I don't make a big drama if something unplanned happens. Sometimes I even do it on purpose to break things up a little bit, even though I know
