Hello, I am 15 years old. Since I'm starting horseback riding soon, I wanted to ask someone if she's losing weight. And where do the muscles develop the most? Because I am thin, with a sporty body, but still - we know that at my age it is easy to gain weight and I want to know if this sport helps to maintain a good figure (of course, combined with normal and healthy food).
