When you understand what is the right way and what you have to say or do, you can use the same thing 1000 times and almost every time with the same predictable result :-))) The bad thing is that in the beginning you do not know the "right" way and you approach with the wrong one and therefore you get the predictable negative result from everyone. Now that you learn to push the buttons, you see that people are very much like automatons. You press button "A" and you play song "B", you press "C" and you play "D" :-)
