Anxiety, High Blood Pressure And Palpitations

The Story

Hello, I have the following problem! 2 weeks ago, at 2 o'clock in the morning (I had a job and I had to do it) I suddenly got a strong reddening of my face, as if I had been sunburned. I jokingly decided to measure my blood pressure, it turned out to be 160 to 90, and I immediately drank half a clofadone and then I measured it again and I had to call an ambulance. When the paramedic came, he weighed me 170 and while he did a cardiogram that was normal, my blood pressure dropped to 140. He assumed it was something nervous, I would like to clarify that before this I drank half a liter of coffee a day. And then the next few days a crazy measurement started and after 23 hours it was high 150, 160 and up, I got a lot of fear.

I received a full range of symptoms: a feeling of tightness in the hands, pain in the hands, back pain now left then right now right in the heart area, tremor, frequent urination with a burning sensation especially in the evening, a very fast pulse at night to 123 beats per minute and a palpitation that I feel in the abdominal area, how it literally vibrates. I would like to add that I was already a cardiologist, my doctor did a cardiogram and echocardiography and told me that everything she thought was normal. When I went to her I was quite anxious and tense, and when she measured my blood pressure it was 145 and after the examination it dropped to 130. I find that at the slightest psycho-emotional even sexual arousal my blood pressure rises and my heartbeat just doesn't stop after 20. 00 becomes even more insistent. My cardiologist prescribed beta-blockers, a quarter of a quarter of nebivolol in the morning, and a cardiff friend again in the morning, but the heartbeat and rapid night pulse remained in line. Please advice, do I need to consult a neurologist or psychiatrist, and do you think that this condition of mine with my labile blood is due to a neurological or psychiatric illness? I will be sincerely grateful if I receive adequate advice.
