Antisociality In Adolescence!

I want to ask you because I was quite antisocial in my earlier years from 12 to 18 years old, I am now almost 19 and I am starting to recover from it little by little, but it is very difficult not to communicate with other people. except with his family, and occasionally with some of the teacher.
