Antisociality In Adolescence!

The Story

I want to ask you because I was quite antisocial in my earlier years from 12 to 18 years old, I am now almost 19 and I am starting to recover from it little by little, but it is very difficult not to communicate with other people. except with his family, and occasionally with some of the teacher. I am currently working to make money because we are bad financially and I still suffer from emotional problems that hinder my work and normal communication between colleagues, but I already control them more, I have the feeling that antisociality has made me quite naive and negative even for the smallest thing compared to the real world and this pretty bad joke played me at work, but anyway I continue to fight the mental damage caused by my isolation from the outside world. I have a feeling, that sometimes I don't show any character and it both irritates me and I can't fix it and it shows a lot of times. My question to the readers is what would you advise me to build a character, what steps should I start to follow so as not to look cowardly in people's eyes, but self-confident ? I would like to read tips on how to deal with this problem or if there are people who have been in a similar situation as mine to explain to me how they were cured of it. I also want to share that I have not lived with my father since I was a child, we have only seen each other from time to time, whether this is also a sign of my low self-esteem and character. I know about my father that he was like me and he spent most of his time at home as a teenager, after the barracks he opened up more about life.
