Anastasia Shmalko, better known under the new name of Deeva, is a Ukrainian political scientist, one of the initiators of the police reform, who, at the age of 24, managed to become the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The biography of Anastasia Deeva, whose maiden name is Shmalko, began on March 2, 1992. She was born in the small town of Oster, located in the Chernihiv region. But the girl did not spend her childhood there. At a fairly early age, Nastya went to a closed school in a small town near the British metropolis of Manchester. There, the future deputy minister mastered English at a fluent level and learned French quite well.

It is interesting that Deeva recalls her youth as a struggle between two opposite natures. She was both the best student, whose photo hung on the honor board, and the rebel who came to school in shredded jeans and a T-shirt with the logo of the "Guns N'Roses" group. George is not very keen on publicity, but he is proud of his wife's successes.

Nastya Deeva herself is fond of fashion trends in clothes, but at the same time she does not read glossy fashion magazines and does not really like to wander around the shops. The deputy minister buys most of his wardrobe in overseas boutiques, mainly in the Scandinavian countries.

The fact is that even in her student days, she posted rather candid amateur pictures on social networks. The current head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Arsen Avakov, has already said that he does not see anything criminal in the old photos of Anastasia Deeva, since they are akin to nude art and are not at all vulgar.
