Aman Gumirovich Tuleyev, whose real name is Amangeldy Moldagazievich Tuleyev, is a political and statesman of Russia. At one time he was the minister for cooperation with the CIS countries, and from the summer of 1997 to 2018 he served as the governor of the Kemerovo region.
