Hello, dear readers! I sincerely hope that my story will be published, because the opinion of the audience excites me very much! I would like to ask you a question concerning my body measurements. I am a very complex person, I am desperate almost every day because, for example, I ate 2 pieces of chocolate and not some fruit. Here are my body measurements: Age - 15 years old Height - 1, 59 cm. Weight - 58-59 kg. When I was 14, I weighed about 55-56 pounds. But then for exactly 1 month I saw that the change was as much as 3 kilograms! I am not relaxed, on the contrary, I play sports regularly, every day. Walking the whole 3, 5 km. every day and at home I play sports for 1 hour a day. I have kept many diets, but not more than 1 week. They don't work well for me, and I don't even lose more than 600 grams. What do you think? Is the situation very bad, or am i not that fat? Thank you in advance for the answers!

Hi, you are not "fat", but you are not weak. In the upper limit of your normal physique, but you are not fat in any case and the complexes are unnecessary. Above all, you should not gain more weight. Stop the jam - a little chocolate can, but it's best to eat fruit like you eat chocolate. STOP JUICES, even if they are fresh and all kinds of non-alcoholic See what, at the age of 15 your growth is no longer as intense as before and you don't have to cram too much. Stop junk food, more fluids, salads, vegetables on your stomach. Stop the pasta, but 1 slice of bread a day is OK to have healthy nails and hair, stop the sweets, stop chips and nonsense ... and you will lose weight because you are growing, but yes - you should not gain weight any more . Sport is overrated. You keep moving, but don't think that you can eat a waffle afterwards, for example.
