Alexander Dubovoy is a prominent figure in the Ukrainian socio-political and business arena. Alexander Fedorovich Dubovoy was born on March 11, 1976 in the city of Kiliya, Odessa region, Ukraine. There is practically no information about the early biography. Parents really wanted to see their son as a doctor, so from here the young man went to the neighboring city of Belgorod-Dnestrovsky, became a student at a medical school.

In 1995, the young man was a certified medical specialist, but over the years of study he finally realized that the medical business was not his element. And the very next year, Alexander became a student at the Odessa National Law Academy, where he studied for 6 years.

Already in the first years of the academy, the guy began industrial practice, became an assistant to the head of the enterprise "Dombudkonstruktsiya" in the city of Izmail, in record time rose to the rank of deputy director. Here, in Izmail, in 1997, while still a student, he took up a new leadership position - Deputy Director of the Doverie Christian Charitable Foundation. In 2002, Dubovoy moved to Odessa, where he got a job at the PCF Poliservice LLC, and held the position of Deputy for Legal Affairs. The entrepreneur combines business activities with charitable activities. In 2007, he creates the "Fund for Good and Love" to help low-income people and representatives of the wounded strata of Bessarabia, a historical region located in the south of Odessa.

In the same year Dubovoy's political career started: having joined the Batkivshchyna party, he ran for people's deputies in the framework of the VI convocation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Having received a parliamentary mandate, Dubovoy became a member of the BP Committee on the Fuel and Energy System, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety, in which he worked for 5 years, until 2012. For a profile understanding of the specifics of the committee work, Alexander Fedorovich entered the Odessa National Polytechnic University, having completed the course of lectures in the Department of Nuclear Energy.

Another education that the deputy receives during this period is financial: in 2011, the politician graduated from the Institute of Postgraduate Education at the Lviv Commercial Academy. This knowledge helped him to work on his Ph.D. thesis on "Intellectual capital in the information society in Ukraine."

After another victory in the elections to the Verkhovna Rada in 2012, Alexander Dubovoy headed a subcommittee in the structure of the Verkhovna Rada committee on legislative support of law enforcement.

In 2014, a crucial year for Ukraine, Dubovoy met the events of the Euromaidan, joining the ranks of the opposition, and later headed the Odessa headquarters of presidential candidate Yulia Tymoshenko, who demonstrated a high turnout and a considerable percentage of votes.

In 2015, Alexander Fyodorovich took part in the elections to the Verkhovna Rada of the VIII convocation, but did not get the passing quota of votes.

In 2015, residents of the village of Shevchenkovo ​​renamed Sovetskaya Street in honor of the active fellow countryman Alexander Dubovoy.
