Agony - Middle Age

The Story

Meet Him and She, so to speak. In middle age, with 2 children and a relatively long marriage, full of contradictions, scandals, discrepancies in expectations and reality, immature actions and ... lack of love. The truth is, they shouldn't have been together because they are too different in libido and love. She - over the years more and more frigid and alienated from him. He is aggressive, demanding sex, trampling on her personal space, jealous. The situation today - for a year and a half she refuses any physical contact with him, wants to live as a brother and sister. The reason it gives - long-standing accumulated resentment, insult and the like. She has not yet left him due to financial dependence (the children are relatively small) and unwillingness to deprive her children of a father. He - insists on his rights - regular, quality sex, whether she wants it or not. She doesn't want to look for him outside, she doesn't want to leave the family because of the children. In his eyes, she is obliged to let him go, whether she wants to or not, it's just right and normal. In her eyes, she no longer wants to force herself to be intimate with someone who does not attract and respect her. No one wants to take a step towards dissolving this semblance of marriage. Is there a way out of this impasse?
