I had to work with my hands - first as a mechanic, then as a supplier. In 1994 Delimkhanov graduated from the Chechen-Ingush State University named after I. Leo N. Tolstoy (now Chechen State University).

In the late 1990s, Adam Delimkhanov got a job as the driver of the Chechen terrorist Salman Raduev. On July 18, 2006, Delimkhanov was appointed deputy chairman of the government of the Chechen Republic. In December 2007, he was first elected to the State Duma.
