Hello! I am an 18 year old boy. For most of my life I have been interested in sports, but for a few months I started to train seriously, in the sense of going to the gym 2 or 3 times a week and I started eating healthy. There is definitely progress and it is obvious. It is most noticeable in the chest, arms and legs ... I got stronger there and I am satisfied, but my main goals are to fix my belly. I am one meter tall and 82, 83 and I weigh 80 or 81 kg. I gained a few pounds from training and I guess the protein helped me, but I want to shape my abdominal muscles more. At the moment, my abdomen is in good condition, because in the last month I have been training mainly abdominal presses and I rarely run because I don't have much time. You could say that I have a little fat that still does not allow the tiles to show .. for this purpose, as I said, I started more home workouts for the abdomen and started eating healthy, but because I want faster progress now from 2 days I started to follow the diet of Vanya Chervenkova and I cope with it. I am very motivated and I believe in success. This diet guarantees weight loss. So my question is whether if I spend 12 days following the diet I will see the result faster? If I continue to train at home, I see a few abdominal presses, follow the diet and lose weight, will removing them melt the fat in my abdomen? I would be grateful if people who understand more than me write in the comments and of course people who have achieved their goals. This diet guarantees weight loss. The percentage of your subcutaneous fat is certainly over 20, try to lose it at 15% with a lot of cardio (running, swimming, cycling, sports). 2-3 times a week fitness is ok but for the purpose you have set you have to run a lot apart from fitness training. If you really want to lose subcutaneous fat, know that it requires a lot of perseverance and patience, it will take you years, so be patient. Success!
