The Story

Hello! About 2 years ago I lost 5-6 kg, but by itself, not with sports. Now I like my body (2 times a week I find time to do about an hour of aerobics), except for the sagging skin on the abdomen and thighs. For the abdomen, apart from abdominal presses, I can't think of any other way to tighten it, but I have a thin waist and I don't think it will be thin from the abdomen anymore (I like it that way). Does anyone more familiar with me know how to tighten without "losing" it, or do I just suggest that it can happen? thanks in advance :)
