Hello, I haven't tasted white sugar for 2 months - I stopped it because I wanted to lose a few pounds. As a result, I succeeded, but there were 3-4 - as many as I needed. Since then, I have become quite passionate about "organic" foods and often buy them, but when I look for foods, I always make sure they have no sugar, even if it is brown, and therefore the choice of foods decreases. So I wanted to ask, if I use unrefined sugar (of course it's not about abuse, say one or two organic cookies with brown sugar) should something happen to my weight? I want to say that I do not eat junk such as chips, snacks, waffles, chocolates, etc. And also, does brown sugar do the same harm as white sugar? (It's that I read that from the white blood jumped sharply and the like). PS: Also, will it bother me if I eat something from time to time, in which there is white sugar? I'm really scared of the idea of ​​eating sugar, as ridiculous as it sounds
