Abdominal Press

The Story

Hello :) will anyone share personal experience in such a situation? I want to shape my abdominal press, not to mention the tiles of a man, but a clearly shaped abdomen. In general, I do not have excess fat, I have always eaten a lot of everything and I am over 170, 50 kg and my stomach is flat. I started abdominal exercises + running. I read that you don't have to do every day for d aims muscle break. Someone like me for how long has he achieved the desired result and what else has he included as a workout?
