Abdominal Area

The Story

Hello! I need to lower and tighten the abdomen, and not only ... Let's say the abdominal area as a whole, with slings and the like. What foods should I eat and what exercises should I do I have tried abdominal presses and other similar exercises. For food, I tried two diets, one involving fruit, the other protein. The desired effect was not obtained. I will be happy for other tips and suggestions. Thanks in advance. I will only ask the people who will answer with 'FITNESS' to save their comment. :)
