I don't want to scare you, but recently my brother got more or less similar symptoms - severe abdominal pain (above the testicle), vomiting, fatigue, etc. He spent 3 days at home hoping that he would pass, but this it never happened. Finally he decided to go to the doctor and it turned out to be the so-called torsion. Unfortunately, it was too late and his testicle was removed.
