Hello, I want to ask you which sports do you think develop the upper body the best, except for the gym. I'm talking about arms, shoulders, chest back. I do boxing and running, which helped me lose a lot of weight and develop my legs, but now when I put on my shirt it looks like a hanger. I tried to go to the gym, but I don't have fun and I do it reluctantly, so the results are almost zero. On the other hand, as I had fun banging on the bag, I did not feel how I lost 15 kilos. At the moment I'm thinking about sport climbing, but I want to hear other options. I don't rely on the results I would achieve in the gym, I just want to get a little stronger.
