You better get it. If you are so afraid of diseases - take him for an examination, which will not be expensive. If there are any problems from the first time you see it you will understand. But there is no way, it was not homeless, but people took care of him. Mine wasn't small at all when I picked it up from the street a few months ago. Since I don't have time, I haven't taken him for an examination yet, but nothing has happened to me personally, although he may be ill, it was still homeless for a long time.
