Hello! I am 17 and I started it 2 months ago, it was obvious at 5-6 days (at least according to my friends) that I had a reduced belly. I did it for 3 weeks and then I stopped because I got measles and I didn't start it again. While doing the diet I moved a lot (I mean that I walked 7-8 km a day) - this is the way from us to school, back and evening walk. The most important thing is to move, no matter what sport or exercise you choose. I wish you success and then share the results. Teddy :) p. with And after 3 weeks of dieting I had lost 4kg.
