Hello. I am a girl, 15 years old and I really want to lose 7 or at least 5 kg in 2 months. I don't want to take them off quickly and then yo-yo, I want them slowly but surely. I do about 20 sit-ups a day, and I walk for 2 to 5 hours. Give me advice on what to eat and what not. There is only one thing I can not give up - 2-3 slices of bread a day xD this is my weakness, there is no way not to eat bread. I don't eat a lot of sweets, I probably collect 1 chocolate or a few waffles a week, I pour a lot of cookies, one packet leaves in a day or two, but also a lot of fruits and vegetables. I don't want to limit myself, but I really have a few extra pounds. Thanks in advance. Sorry if there are spelling mistakes.

Be careful more than 3-4 kg lost per month is not useful. Otherwise you can increase the number of abdominal presses, running and then walking will not hurt you as well as jumping rope. Drink more fluids (without carbonated beverages), low-percentage milk and fruits, vegetables. Success ... / Gerrard
