 Not in vain say that someone has become the left leg (or with the butt up!), when the whole day walks frowning and nothing goes. It is true and the saying that the day is known from the morning: Because the way we started it has a huge impact on our self-esteem and working capacity.

That is why it is worth paying special attention to the first minutes of the morning. If you want to have a good start to the day, the most sensible thing is NOT to do the following seven things immediately after waking up.

Do not reach the mobile phone immediately

As tempting as it is (the temptation to use the phone instead of an alarm clock is really great!), it's not a good idea to start your day with a brief overview of Facebook.

First, you usually come across some good news from the world, and secondly, you often don't get content with the quick look, and you read your messages, browse your mail, peek in the calendar, etc... And so even before you get out of bed, you feel not only stressed out, but you have lost valuable time, which you could spend enjoying a delicious and healthy breakfast, for example.

Do not sleep

It seems tempting to sleep five extra minutes in the morning. However, whoever uses the snooze button allows one of the most serious sleep errors. Press this button and allow yourself to doze off afterward, your body gets a signal that you need to start a new sleep cycle. But because for the purpose it needs significantly more time than the "deferral" of the alarm, finally a person wakes up even more exhausted and most likely the whole day will walk like dazed.

Do not drink coffee

Most people's first job after getting up is to make coffee to cheer up. But just in the morning healthy (and not accustomed to coffee) emits a particularly large amount of cortisol – a hormone that fills us with energy for the beginning of the day. Whoever drinks coffee before 9:30 reduces the production of this substance and is forced to pour coffee throughout the day to fight off the drowsiness. Discontinue your coffee dependency and drink a glass of ginger water instead.

Do not prepare in the morning in Twilight

Light plays an essential role in the dissolution. The brighter it is when you wake up, the easier it will be for you to get out of bed and start the day. This is why many people find it hard to awaken real in the winter. So, in the morning, do not move grope in the dark, but pull the curtains or blinds on the window. If it's still dark outside, light the lamp to ensure you have enough light.

After the alarm is ringing, do not remain bent in the embryonic posture

As soon as the alarm clock breaks your sweet sleep, you need to move around. This does not mean jumping out of the bed immediately but simply changing the posture.  If you do not, the body will find it difficult to fit into a waking state. Create your instead rituals so that in the morning you pass almost automatically. This will start the day significantly better, loaded with determination and firmness.

Do not leave your bed unrepaired

According to one study, people who make their bed in the morning are happier than those who leave it scattered. Fixing the bed can be the first step towards a tidy morning with strictly established habits, which in turn will provide you with a better start to the day.
