I'll tell you the easiest thing and if you follow it, you'll be okay. You stop eating things from bags, such as chips and sweets. You stop eating white bread, take some mixture and up to 2 slices a day. You eat fruit and nuts for breakfast. You have some home-cooked food for lunch, if you can cook it without pouring 1 liter of oil inside and emphasize various things. Beans, lentils, peas, rarely rice and potatoes, maybe a clean place for them. Mandatory a large salad with lunch. If you can't eat what you put in, eat it twice. It is important to eat more slowly and become a little hungry, the first 2-3 weeks even a little hungrier than the table to shrink your stomach. If it shrinks, then even with a smaller amount and salad, you will fill your stomach and you will be full. For dinner, I recommend soup, no matter what. You put a lemon if you're so hungry with 1 slice of bread and that's it. If you are starving so much, bite a few spoonfuls of cottage cheese, you can season it with something. Things don't happen with starvation. Diets don't work unless you're a tough bastard and you can refrain from many things, but you don't make sense of that. You are neither a model nor a competitor in anything. The goal is to make this your way of life, this way of eating. So you both eat everything, you don't eat a little, you will regulate your weight smoothly. If you lose 10-15 kilograms, it's easy to get there. And you will have a mood, and fitness would not be a problem for you, etc. Separately, move if you can more. Even if you go shopping, it's still walking and it makes sense. If you follow this, you will lose weight, smoothly and slowly. Diets don't work unless you're a tough bastard and you can refrain from a lot of things, but you don't make sense of that. I was 102.5 kg in mid-August (185 cm boy). I did a few simple things - stopped eating bread, jam, soda and significantly limited drinking beer, but not completely. I had to strictly eat exactly 3 times a day, which was also a sharp change in the right direction. In the beginning I drank a lot of water (I'm not sure how useful it is and so I stopped drinking too much, let someone more competent express an opinion). Sport helps! Even walks are beneficial. After all, the goal is to achieve a calorie deficit. The key to my success is to feel good while on a diet. If there was one reason to feel uncomfortable, I would probably be done on the first day. To date, I am 80 kg and I am quite happy with the decision to start with this endeavor. Good luck, be disciplined and things will happen!
