Hi, I'm 15, boy, and I've had an acne problem for almost 4 years now, and I'm just going to go a little crazy if I can't find a solution to this problem. In the beginning I had more acne, I wore long hair that didn't suit me at all, but I still didn't remove it because it covered some of the nasty pimples on my forehead, and for several months now I've been wearing a hairstyle that suits me. decent and I like it, but the acne problem never went away. I must say that it is not so much, although it is not as before .. I tried something, nothing helped me so that my skin is as I want it to be .. Hygiene? I'm not told about it, I've just read so many things to wash my face 2 to 3 times a day in the morning and evening, to apply creams, to eat healthily, not to touch my face ... I've tried everything and helped ,, but I still have pimples and it seems to me that just when one disappears, another appears and just crushes my self-esteem, I'm ashamed to go out all around me with clean nice faces, I'm like a weed .. Mostly I have black dots and I'm not sure how to say it in Bulgarian, but in English they call them "blemishes", something like an effect after the pimple, a scar that remains after the pimple disappears, my forehead is just the whole in the so-called "blemishes / scars" 'and sometimes I'm ashamed to look in the mirror .. I wanted to ask if any of you had such a problem and visited a dermatologist, I know it's about 30 levs examination, money is not a problem for me as long as it helps me to disappear COMPLETELY! I'm patient, in principle, but for 4 years now this dull acne has been crushing my self-esteem and I just don't know what to do anymore.

Well, go to a dermatologist. After you do not squeeze and pick the pimples and blackheads, follow good hygiene, pay attention to what you eat and still have the problem, it is best to go to the doctor, because sometimes the cause is internal (for example hormones). The good news is that it won't last forever, the bad news is that this crap won't go away until you're 20, but at least until then, your doctor can help you reduce it significantly. My sister had the same problem and the doctor had prescribed some special creams that really helped her a lot. That's what it's all about, and I hope they help you, it really sucks.
