According to my observation, these annoying pimples are obtained from creams and harmful foods !! I think that the scrub is enough in this case, but if you combine it with a healthier diet, excluding sweets, fats and soda, I assure you that it will have an effect.

The author: thank you very much :)) I basically eat healthy, I also include jam chat. I want to ask where can I buy Acne out soap, in which pharmacies, or only from the sites can I order it?

I buy Acne out from pharmacies next to us. I guess most pharmacies have it. Ana

Acne out and soap are available in most pharmacies, there is even a set of Acne out anti-acne lotion, moisturizer and soap. I think it's cheaper, I'm not sure, because only the red bottle is BGN 10-12, the soap is BGN 5, and I don't know the white one, but it seems to be cheaper!

Hello, I have a similar problem with the author's and I have had the soap in question for a long time, but I rarely use it and I don't know if it is appropriate to use soap, because I went to a dermatologist and she told me to use a gel for problem skin. soap, as the soap dried the skin a lot. I don't know what to do, to be honest ... Would you share with those who wrote that they use Acne Out soap how it affects their skin? Doesn't it dry you out too much? I am currently using an Oriflame cleansing gel with tea tree and rosemary, it says that it is against pimples, but it doesn't seem to work for me personally ... I hope someone else with such a problem shares what they use :)

Before using anything, check your hormones, because these pimples appear for two reasons. 1. You rarely bathe, ie poor hygiene. 2. You have a hormonal problem. Well, I guess you don't bathe once a month, so look at your hormones, and when you deal with the internal problem, you can now see what to lubricate them with, if they don't stop appearing on their own after you fix your hormonal balance.

Try a special soap - Acne out for example. Otherwise, there are much stronger creams, but I think for now you should try something lighter. The exfoliant does not believe to help you with pimples, but in any case it will not hurt. Ana
