What Can I Have ?!

Hello, I will try to briefly explain what problems I have and I will be grateful if you express your opinion and assumptions about what I may have and what doctors to turn to. My problems started shortly after mid-October and have been going on for 5 months now. At the beginning of October I had a risky contact and it all started after him, so I'm most worried that it could be HIV, and my tests after the 3rd month are negative. They started with muscle pain, sometimes milder, sometimes stronger, at times disappearing and reappearing. I raised my temperature to 37. 3 for these 5 months 3 times in a few weeks. I had lost my appetite and lost 5 kg, which I later recovered. January and February I was constantly cold and sleepy, during all this time I almost constantly lost weight, I had several sweats at night, and at the moment I still have muscle pain and I have been short of breath for several weeks and I get tired quickly. I also had vomiting and upset several times, but they were November-December somewhere. Now I'm thinking of going for a test again at the end of the 6th month. Everyone tells me that if they are negative after the 3rd month there is no HIV. I did both for Hepatitis B and C and syphilis along with that for HIV-all negative. I also did PKK, which according to the doctors is also good, and the TLC and FT4 test is also good. In your opinion, what could be my problem and where to go.
