Stretching

The Story

Hello. I am a 12 year old girl. I don't know if it matters much, but I will say that I am 160 tall and weigh 40 kg. I am very flexible. I've never been to sports / rhythmic gymnastics / ballet, but I'm just flexible. I went to modern ballet for 3 years, but I gave up - it stopped pulling me ... I don't think I became flexible there, I was there before I went to modern ballet. Anyway, I want to ask you, does this stretching, twine, bridges, gypsy Christmas, walking on your hands somehow help to tighten the body, lose weight or something like that? I don't want to lose weight, I don't consider myself thin or fat, but something average, but I just want to ask. I don't do it to lose weight, but simply because I'm really happy, and I'm very happy to do something I really wanted to do. ^^ For example, I soon learned to make a twine at 20 degrees somewhere haha. Whatever, let us not deviate from the subject. I also want to ask, can they take me to gymnastics at that age, for example? Or artistic, because I know they take them there from a very young age? If anyone is familiar with any of these things share here. Thanks in advance. To the moderators: Please publish my story! :)
