Should I Forget The Past?

It's been 11 years since I was in 7th grade, but I still remember everything since then. Then everything was better. The girls in my class were more beautiful than the girls I studied with in high school. I went to school near home and didn't have to use nasty public transport. Both of my grandmothers were alive then, and most of all I was happier in my personal life. My best friend S. in seventh grade had a skinny bomber jacket and walked with a shaved head. He now works at Fantastico in our neighborhood, but he doesn't know me as we part. He hardly remembers me, just like the beautiful E. I met yesterday. Do I just miss those days? I tried to organize a class meeting via Facebook, but no one responded. How then to bring back those moments? Why should I forget old friendships as if they weren't?
