Hello! I am a 16-year-old girl and I decided that I want to exercise with weights, but a few guys who train in the gym tell me that without drinking protein you will not gain muscle, so my question is what can I replace drinking protein to get my muscles, because ours are against proteins and such "chemicals" as they call it.

Protein is not chemistry, but I still wouldn't use it. It gives you muscle mass but not strength. And if you're a girl ... it's going to be harder. You just have to do the exercises for a long time, at least until you see results.
